Great article in the NYTimes on The rise of technology and computers how they already outnumber the US two to one in number of internet users. 

A nation that has already adopted IPv6, and they are now starting to pull away as the leader in computer technology.  Is this a race that we are about to loose?  Is china starting to run away with the next round of technology and become the new computing super power?
