With the OS X 10.11 Release today I thought it might be worth posting this link from ARS Technica that covers everything you will see in the newest release.
I’ll have more details as the update rolls into the OS X 10.10 iMac I’ve got parked here. The ARS Technica article really does the Great job of breaking down the differences between Yosemite and El Capitan. The download is fairly small about 6GB of data. Appears to be taking about 25 minutes of install time on my older iMac using a solid state hard drive.
