It appears that the Legal Eagles, have come up with protections that allow Employee’s to speak Freely on the Internet regarding their employer’s. A 1935 law appears to have some teeth that may just apply to firing of the employee’s.
The National Labor Relations Act of 1935, that kick started the U.S. Labor Movement. May very well protect private-sector folks in complains about unsafe working environments, wages, or safety. However it does not protect against simple griping.
