SpaceX Dragon capsule splashes down in the Pacific Ocean.

The privately owned SpaceX Dragon fired its engines for the last time Tuesday at 11:42 a.m. EDT – sending it through the Earth’s atmosphere for a spectacular splashdown in the Pacific Ocean at 12:34 p.m.

NASA develops space harpoon to take samples from comets

In what seems to be a step backward’s with technology.  NASA researchers are putting the final touches on a prototype Ballista/Crossbow that will Harpoon a comet.
