No Landing Date Yet for Air Force’s Mystery Craft | Military.com.
The Military’s X-37B now going on it’s 9th Month in it’s secretive mission, will be staying in space a bit longer.
The craft was originally expected to land in California this week. However Air force officials said it will not be landing and they have given no Date as to when it will be returning from it’s mission.
The craft resembles a small space shuttle and is piloted remotely. The first mission lasted 7 months before it touched down at Vandenberg Air force Base last December.
The purpose of this mission has been classified and no details have been released regarding it.
